Wildonionnyc Restaurant & Lounge Reservation Policy

Reservation Grace Period:
– There is a 15-minute grace period for all reservations.
– We will hold your reserved table for 15 minutes past your scheduled
time. After that, the table may be offered to a party on the waitlist.
We will accommodate you as soon as possible upon your arrival.
– Please note that your party will not be seated until everyone has arrived.

Punctuality:
– Please be on time.
– A 2-hour time limit applies for parties of 5 or more, and a 1.5-hour limit for parties of 4 or fewer.
– Your reservation time starts from the original booking time; wait times
for incomplete parties count toward your reserved time.

Deposit Policy:
– A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations for our catering service and will be applied toward the final bill.
– Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
– Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
– No cash refunds will be issued; refunds will be returned to the credit card or issued by check.

Outdoor Catering:
– For customers using our outdoor area for catering, there is a charge of
$150 per hour for the space, plus an additional 15% service charge on
the total.
